Commercial Landscaping from Wilmington to Morehead City

The same contract-based program Triad property managers have relied on since 2009, now along the coast — with plantings and irrigation built for salt air and sandy soil. Hurricane-season storm cleanup is a coastal add-on, not included in the maintenance contract.

Coastal conditions

The same contract, tuned for the coast.

Coastal landscapes fail for different reasons than Piedmont ones. Our coastal scopes account for them from the first walkthrough.

Salt- and wind-tolerant plantings
Plant palettes and placement chosen for salt spray, wind exposure, and sandy soils, so beds stay full instead of being replaced every season.
Irrigation tuned for sandy soils
Coastal soils drain fast. We audit coverage, adjust run times through the season, and repair heads and lines before stress shows in the turf.
Hurricane-season storm cleanup
Coastal contract clients can add hurricane-season storm cleanup — debris removal and grounds recovery after a storm. It is an add-on, not included in the maintenance contract.
A longer growing season
Warm-season turf programs for centipede, zoysia, St. Augustine, and Bermuda, with visit frequency matched to the coastal calendar.
